Two Years and I Mess it Up Now

Candler Park This blog is nearing its two-year anniversary. And a great dis-service has been done by not posting last month. In 24 months, only January 07 and June 08 lack a single post.


Current events in my life include looking at places to rent and a condo for sale. Candler Park is the ideal neighborhood for me. And a 2-bedroom seems like a perfect size to share with a roomie. Last night seeing this awesomely cute, cozy, well-laid out apartment with new appliances, floors, etc. was great. I toyed with being able to buy the place for an hour afterwards...

But then I realized that no one on my income, with student loan and credit card debt like I have, and ultimate frisbee/travel expenses like I do... no one in this situation could pay a mortgage. I guess its not so important to move out the rents' house :(
