acapella books

Was at a bookstore a few weeks back with two friends (hippos!) and this incident occured that I recorded but never blogged about til now. This is me getting my story (however trivial it may be) out...

The manager/receptionist was pleased to handle christina's request and purchases. She was getting her change. When I reached for a book mark near the register, and asked if the thing was free, the middle-aged slightly desheviled guy shakes his head at me. He rolls his eyes cause I asked if the bookmark was free. And as I turn to walk away convinces me (with his head shaking) that I'm an idiot.

I wanted this story to end there, but it moved me to type it. So there ya have it.
