Coaching Clinic

On Saturday, I went to the UPA Coaching Clinic courtesy of USC Men's Ultimate, Five Ultimate, and the UPA.

It was pretty fun, meeting other coaches, watching a coach teach us to coach better, getting some ultimate dvds (fitness and coaching). My 'bunny ears' way of teaching the flick grip got some positive feedback. Of course, there's lots more to learn; and I'd recommend this clinic for others doing instruction, leadership, volunteering - for ultimate, especially.

There are more... in Atlanta, Baltimore, Columbus, Philly, etc. Its all about Spirit and helping players feel like they're getting smarter, better, and having fun.
