Its passion time

In the middle of resting last night, this overwhelming thought came to me: the more I hear what people are passionate about the better.

Now its day three at the Alliance Management Institute, a conference on nonprofit management, and I brought with me a tangible result of last night's overwhelming thought (see cardboard spraypainted below).

And I'm asking people, as I have been for the last couple days (without the cardboardthen, with it now), what they are seeking and dreaming, and passionate about in the sector.

And I'm offering to snail mail people their passion later this year as a way to encourage them, be a servant in a way.

Talked to two people so far, and have both their passion and their mailing address. 'Nother update later.
