Always loved this advice. And even in this time of change, and travel, and hectic weeks, its nice to remember I have plenty of time.

Times are changing. Seems that the older generation is getting sick and passing on. Several friends' grandparents are in poor health. Spears family spent some more time last weekend celebrating the life of George Spears.

Been traveling a bunch. For a mid hurricane wedding in Philly and then an ultimate tournament on the west coast. Thus the hippy sign over this Santa Cruz sandwich shop.

And free time during the week, or weekend, is hard to come by. Though maybe I should digest the sandwich shop message even more.
