Volleyball and Villagairosa
A few weeks ago, Will invited me to some Sunday afternoon sports and drinking at the beach. Its been really fun.
Yesterday at the beach (Playa del Rayish), I felt like the dozen or so people playing were really looking better as players. We even completed the now-famous 'stepladder spike' using human backs and a very lightweight female runner/spiker. Plus, the weather was nearly perfect for the occasion.
Why I'm bringing this up: I know there are several readers who love volleyball. So, perhaps you could go beyond what this link has to offer in the way of form for improving my game. Talk about what makes a good team player and offender (at or away from the net).

In other news, Antonio Villagairosa confirmed he had an affair with a Telemundo newscaster. The mayor's announcement of his decision to get a divorce caused an outcry and the affair may cost the newscaster her job (conflict of interest at the station). This LA Times article drew my attention to the most recent developments.
