Voter Registration
This post won't be as boring as you think it could be. Mostly cause I'm going to keep it short.
Yesterday the McClatchey papers put out an article featuring Project Vote staff. The article talks about exactly the reason I was in Oregon last week: lack of enforcement of the National Voter Registration Act, which requires public assistance agencies to offer voter registration applications to clients. [The law and the work to enforce it are important for engaging everyone in elections.]
