Call for Posts
You have not seen any new posts this week because I am busy. Also, I want to get more input on the topics for this blog. This is a call for posts.
Possible directions I was going to take this week that you could take up:
- funny, light-hearted gossip
- Astrology
- principled non-violence
Also, quick plug for homeboy Bert, back on the scene after a so-called hiatus. I'd like to call it more of a 'Jeff Dritz retirement and sectionals comeback.'

I have recently begun believing in astrology more. Not the BS that you get in the paper but a more sophisticated version using www.astro.com. I always thought it was BS until I worked for a guy who took it really seriously. ON the site I have input my date time and location of birth. It is uncanny how often the predictions are aplpicable to my life and these are not generalities. Beyond that my boss asked me to read a book about trditional traits displayed by individuals of a specific sign, one of my questions for every candidate is their birthday (without the year b/c we dont discriminate) and then I pay attention to their sign. Many individuals match uip to the point where I guess ahead of time now and I am definitely right far more often than 1-12. Beyond that I am a pisces and I am 3/4 for picking out other pisces. The number of guesses is so low because I only recruit accountants and pisces by nature are not accountants. Whereas ive probably met with 20 Aries. I dont know if i want it to be true or not but im seeing some compelling evidence and becoming less skeptical.
andem,
You straight blowin up the spot with that insight. I feel you with the 'definitely right far more often than 1-12' deal on people of a certain astrological sign.
have you done analysis on the signs of lovers? do you believe in that as much or more so? or do you even read into that as much?
keep doin it to it.
mans
Jenn and I are born 370 days apart, I did the analysis with her and it basically says that it can lead to an intense relationship in both positives and negatives. I think I would have to agree.
Its funny because were very very different people in how we act, but we percieve the world in very similar ways and want similar things out of it.
WHat are your experiences in the astrological love department?
tim,
in response to your question: i've never really known the astrological analysis of my relationships or loves. in college, i never thought more than simply, 'i'm a cancer (loving, moody, and in need of nurturing) and i'm dating a taurus (natural living, optimistic, and tranquil).'
does anybody else have a relationship astrology write-up?
